OVERVIEW:

R15 V1 is the first generation of the legendry R15 series, which shares the same DNA of super sports YZF R1. R15 V1 comes with 150 CC LC4V SOHC FI ENGINE. It is ONE OF THE COOLEST LOOKING MOTORCYCLE (TILL DATE). It is the first fully-faired bike with a Delta box frame launched in the year 2008 by YAMAHA INDIA MOTOR LIMITED. DESIGN:

Beautifully crafted design from its predecessor R1, it looks like miniature R1(It is also called baby R1) .R1 style race-inspired Aerodynamic design. Having some of the parts which are needed for a sports bike. , Stock tires provided by Yamaha are MRF tire, which gives you more than sufficient grip on hard braking.R15 has its World-class disc brake set up by Nissin which allow us to extract the performance of the bike by pushing further. Technologies used in R15 are LC4V SOHC FI engine, 6-speed gearbox, Clip-on handlebar, full fairing, dual disc brakes. The brake caliper and brake pads are made by Nissin it’s number one in its segment .downside of. Brake is sometimes wheel lock will happen
Once you adjusted with the brakes then it’s the most controllable & comfortable bike in this segment.
Both front and back are Hydraulic disc brakes.

MAINTENENCE:

Compared to other competitors(Fully faired segment) it’s pretty cheap.
But don’t mess with the electrical connection if anything goes wrong you are in trouble

CONCLUSION/VERDICT:

Yamaha YZF R15 v1 is one of the best motorcycles I have ridden so far. You to experience once this kind of motorcycle to feel how the premium bike flows on the street...It's the true bike you have to drive to experience the feeling of the delta box frame, brakes, engine rev, premium. This bike act as a kid for the persons who learning to drive two-wheeler and it unleashes the beast for the experienced person.
